Policies

*Cancellation Policy - If Client cancels90 days or more before the event, Client shall receive a full refund of their deposit. If client requests cancellation 45-89 days before the event, 25% of the contracted estimated total will be owed to Caterer. After 30 days in advance of the event, Caterer shall be entitled to 100% of the contracted estimated total.

*Catering Hours - Latam Catering event hours are based on 4 hours from start time to end time. There are additional charges for the following:

*If you are requiring additional time for catering and bar, Latam Catering would need to be notified prior to the event date. Any additional hours will be $200 per hour. If bar is provided, there will also be a charge of $5pp per hour for alcohol.

*In the event that the start time is delayed, Latam Caterings time does begin per the contracted time signed. Any additional hours would be an additional $250 per hour. If bar is provided, there will also be a charge of $6pp per hour for alcohol.

*Certificate of Insurance - If a venue you have chosen requires a COI naming them additionally insured, the additional cost for the insurance would be $100.

*Clean Up / Disposal of Trash - If Clients choice of venue, outside of prep/kitchen area, requires Latam Catering to sweep or mop Reception area or to put tables and chairs away or remove trash from their premises a charge of $150 will be added for the additional time and disposal fee.

*Rental Items - If a client has rented China, Glassware, Linens or any additional items that require Latam Catering to do table setup, washing or rinsing of China, breaking down of tables and chairs and restacking for rental company, there will be a $350 fee for the services.

*Serving Food - Latam Catering cannot serve any other food items then their own for liability reasons.

*Bar Services - Due to having a Catering Liquor License, Latam Catering can only serve alcohol they provide for the event. No outside alcohol can be served by our Bartenders. Our Bartenders will refuse service to those underage as well as those whom seem intoxicated or unruly.

*Final Headcount for Meals & Bar - When finalizing your headcount, Latam Catering needs to have a count of “all” guests, vendors and or venue staffing being provided meals and beverages. Count is also to include the bride, groom or the individuals hosting the event. Vendors would be your Photographer, DJ, Officiant etc, you have signed a contract with stating you have to provide a meal for as well as any Staff members to be fed. Latam Catering staff is not included in any count for the evening.

*If your venue is outside of our normal radius there could be a small travel fee. We happily travel from Destin to Key West!

*Please check with your venue on table supply. We do not supply tables or linens for setup. There is a $25 fee for each table.

*Latam Catering does charge a mandatory gratuity of 15% on the final invoice

*Standard tax applies.

*Methods of payment can be made via Cash, Money Order, Cashiers check or Credit Card. Credit Card charges will have a 3% fee added for processing.
